I’m so happy to hear that you were able to reschedule your visit. I hope you don’t have to wait too long for your rescheduled visit. I know waiting for a trip can be tough, especially with my Mouseketeers, just the mention of a visit gets them so excited!
Without knowing the specific refund you are looking for, I’m going to do my best to answer your question. As you may already know, according to the
eTicket Terms & Conditions, theme park tickets are nonrefundable. The good news is, you can hang on to your tickets to use at a later date, which seems to be what you are planning on doing.
I hope this helps clear up some of the confusion. If you do have further questions about your
existing tickets and plans, I recommend giving the
Disneyland Resort a call. A Cast Member there will be happy to answer any other specific questions you may have.
