Hello Katie,
I'm so sorry to hear that you had to cancel your Disneyland Resort visit that you had planned. I can only imagine the disappointment you're feeling in not getting to enjoy your vacation the way you expected.
I'm very hopeful for you, though, that you'll have a great, big, beautiful tomorrow ahead of you at some point with a visit to "The Happiest Place on Earth." When you do visit, I'm sure that Mickey and all his pals will be so delighted to see you.
If you purchased theme park tickets and made theme park reservations and cancelled those theme park reservations, the theme park tickets that you purchased and did not use will remain valid through their expiration date. If the tickets are
linked to your Disneyland Resort account, you'll be able to view them in your account. When you
sign in to your Disneyland account online at the
Disneyland.com website, you can use the "My Disneyland" menu feature and the
"Theme Park Tickets & Reservations" features to view your information.
You can also use the
Disneyland Resort mobile app to view theme park tickets linked to your account. In the Disneyland Resort mobile app, you can tap the main menu (the three stacked lines) in the lower right corner of the app home screen, and then tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile to see your information.
Katie, even in the event that you do not get to use your
theme park tickets before they expire, you'll be happy to know that the amount you paid for the unused and expired tickets can be applied to the purchase of new theme park tickets.
I do hope this information is helpful, Katie. If you feel you have more questions about the status of your theme park tickets, you can give a call to the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member can assist you with your ticket questions.
When you do decide to make plans to experience all the magic of the Disneyland Resort theme parks, you can use the "Theme Park Tickets & Reservations" system to make your theme park reservations. You'll find it's a good idea to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar as you are making your plans. The calendar will help you see which theme parks have reservations available for selection on the dates you might like to visit.
Katie, I always recommend
following the Disney Parks Blog as a helpful and fun way to stay informed about all the cool and exciting attractions and experiences that you can look forward to when you visit the Disneyland Resort. If the planDisney panelists can help offer you any tips and ideas as you make your plans, just ask us. We're here for you and happy to help.
Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day, Katie!
Jerry
