I just canceled some Disneyland Park tickets on Dec. 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26th 2022. Will I get a full refund for these tickets?

    Hi Mayra, welcome to planDisney!

I'm so sorry that your Disney vacation did not work out and you had to cancel your theme park reservations. Unfortunately, theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, but I do have some good news! If you purchased your tickets this year from the Disneyland Resort website, you have plenty of time to use them! One-day tickets are valid through December 30, 2023, and multi-day tickets are valid through January 12, 2024, or within 13 days of first use, whichever occurs first. So hopefully you can choose another date in the future that will work better for you to visit the Disneyland Resort!

I do have some exciting news that I want to share! At the recent D23 Expo 2022, new and exciting details about the Disney 100 Years of Wonder were announced! Disney 100 Years of Wonder will be the largest cross-company global celebration in the 100-year history of The Walt Disney Company. As part of this amazing celebration, new décor, specialty food and beverages, character experiences, and more will come to parks around the world, with the heart of the celebration taking place at Disneyland Resort! It will officially kick-off during Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest on ABC, so 2023 might be the perfect time for you to visit Disneyland Resort!

BUT, in the worst case that your tickets happen to expire before you are able to visit Disneyland Resort, even then you still have options! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket.

So hopefully this gives you options!

    See ya real soon!
