What is the cancelation policy for a room only reservation for Coronado springs resort? We are not sure if we will just cancel or change dates but I would like to know our options. We are scheduled to arrive on Jan. 29th, 2024

    Hi Sarah,

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, where the magic of Spanish, Mexican, and Southwest American cultures come together in a vibrant blend! That Lost City of Cibola Pool is practically an aquatic kingdom, with a giant pyramid reigning over it all. And here's a little insider tip: if you fancy a sip of adventure, check out Sangria University at Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago, on weekends where you will journey into sangria history with a delicious tasting and light appetizers. It's an experience that I loved and would do again!

Now, onto your travel plans. For room-only reservations at Disney’s Coronado Springs, you've got a bit of a magic window. You can cancel up to 5 days before your arrival and still receive a full refund. But beware, if you decide to sprinkle some spontaneity and cancel within 0-4 days before your grand entrance, you will bid farewell to the deposit, equivalent to a one-night stay.

Fear not, though! Most cancellations can be made online in your My Disney Experience app. Alternatively, you can contact Guest Services if you need a bit of extra assistance. Oh, and here's a nugget of wisdom – cancellation policies can sometimes change.

Lastly, a quick side note – if you ever dive into the realms of Vacation Packages, the cancellation policies are different. Happy travels and may your journey to Coronado Springs be as magical as a sip of sangria!
