    What is your cancelation policy

    Hello there, Terry!

I'm so glad that you found The Wonderful World of planDisney! It's so disappointing when your plans don't work out, but I hope all of your Disney dreams come true in the future.

If you need to cancel a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, which includes your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel reservation and theme park tickets, you'll want to make sure you cancel at least 30 days in advance of your trip in order to receive a full refund, including your deposit of $200 (please note: prices are subject to change). If you cancel two to 29 days before your check-in date, you'll be refunded the amounts paid minus your deposit. Finally, the total price of the package is non-refundable if you cancel one day or less before your check-in date.

For room-only reservations, you must make any cancellations at least five days prior to your check-in date to receive a refund of your deposit. You can cancel or modify your reservation on your My Disney Experience account, or you can call (407) W-DISNEY (407-939-7429).

Please feel free to follow up if you have any other cancellation questions or if you'd like tips and tricks for planning your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

May the magic be with you!

The Disney force has grown stronger in my family since we took an adults-only voyage aboard Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. Whether you want to feel like a Disney Princess or a Jedi-in-training, I can't wait to help you plan a harmonious vacation. Learn More About Melanie
