What are the cancelation policies for the table service restaurants? Character meals? Signature restaurants? Can you cancel the day of your reservation? Thanks for all your help.

We have had to provide credit card information when booking the Grand Floridian children programs, Cinderella’s Royal Table and for large group dining.

Each restaurant has its own cancelation policy.

I have seen the restaurants listed below (there may be others) have credit card payment required or a credit card guarantee needed at the time of booking. Most also have a 24-48 hour cancelation policy prior to your reserved time.

When making your Advanced Dining Reservation, make sure to inquire about the latest policy.

    Citrico’s
Fantasmic Dinner Package (guarantee with a credit card and 48-hour cancelation policy)
    Grand Floridian children programs
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue (full payment required when booking and 48-hour cancelation policy)
Mickey’s Backyard BBQ (full payment required when booking and 48-hour cancelation policy)
Cinderella’s Royal Table (full payment required when booking and 24-hour cancelation policy)
    Princess Storybook Dining
Spirit of Aloha Luau (full payment required when booking and 48-hour cancelation policy)
    Victoria and Albert’s
California Grill ($20 per person cancelation fee and 24-hour cancelation policy)

Also any large group dining (over 8 in your party) usually requires a credit card and/or has a cancelation policy. Enjoy your meals!
