    How do I cancel my whole vacation I was planning? I just paid the $200 deposit. But we won’t be able to come anymore.

    Welcome to planDisney! I am so very sorry to hear that your upcoming travel plans need to be changed. I do hope that you will be able to plan a new Disney adventure in the very near future. 

    A Walt Disney World vacation package can be canceled in two different ways. The first option is through your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website. You will need to select the My Plans option from the drop-down menu. This page should list all of your upcoming travel plans. There will be a blue highlighted link under your plans titled "Cancel Reservation". Select this option and you will be guided through the remaining steps of the process. You can also call a friendly Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to cancel your travel plans.

    Lindsey, I do want to mention that if you booked your Walt Disney World vacation package with a travel professional or agency they will need to cancel your trip on your behalf.
