Welcome to planDisney, Diana!
I'm sorry to hear that you won't be visiting the Disneyland Resort as you had planned.
Theme park tickets are nonrefundable, but you are able to use your tickets on another date until the ticket expires. If you have
theme park reservations, you may cancel those online by logging into your Disneyland Resort account. Once you cancel your theme park reservations, your tickets will still be available to make theme park reservations for a later date. If you aren't able to visit before your tickets expire, you can always apply the amount you paid for an unused, expired ticket toward the cost of a new ticket at equal or greater value.
Most tickets purchased this year are good until December 2022, so there is plenty of time to plan another trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. You could experience all the splendor and dazzle of
The Holidays which run from November 12, 2021 through January 9, 2022. Or maybe wait until springtime and take part in the annual Easter Egg-stravaganza scavenger hunt around the parks. Or perhaps summer works best for your schedule and a trip in June or July would be the perfect vacation. There is so much magic and fun no matter the time of year you visit!
Have a magical day!
