    We had to cancel our vacation, we paid with gift cards for most of them. We got the cash back for the cash part. When do we get the gift card part back?

    I'm sorry to hear that you won't be embarking on your winter getaway to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I have always had great experiences when I've needed to modify a Walt Disney World vacation and given the circumstances, and it's no surprise that current Guests are encountering flexibility and understanding as their travel plans evolve. 

    I love to save Disney Gift Cards to spend on everything from character dining to souvenirs while visiting the theme parks. My family knows that for birthdays and holidays, Disney Gift Cards are my preferred treats! I like to register and manage individual card balances on disneygiftcard.com. 

    Heidi, I'm glad you have already received the cash for your canceled trip. The gift card refund should have quickly followed, so if you are still searching, I suggest calling (407) 939-5277 and a friendly Cast Member will be able to assist in locating the funds. Remember that the funds will be returned to the gift card from which they were originally taken. I'll send some pixie-dust your way in hopes of a quick recovery of your gift card balance!
