I have to cancel my upcoming trip to Disneyland due to Covid Restrictions in the LAX Airport. Can I get a refund on my Disney Tickets?

    Hey Cathy

    Welcome to planDisney!

I am so sorry to hear that you will not be able to make your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! I am not sure what the COVID restrictions are at the LAX Airport but it’s definitely a bummer that it is causing you to have to cancel your trip. According to the Disneyland Resort website, All tickets, and associated features and entitlements, are nonrefundable, nontransferable, revocable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Tickets may not be sold or transferred for commercial use.

Check to see when your tickets expire so that maybe you can reschedule your trip for a later time. If your tickets were to expire, the price you paid for your ticket can be used toward the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price point. Another option would be to call Ticket Services and see if there’s something else a Cast Member might be able to do for you.
