can i cancel my trip and get the refund on a different card

    Welcome to planDisney James!

If you cancel your Walt Disney World reservations, any funds due will be refunded to your original form of payment. While I have always found my refunds to be processed quickly, it may take a few days to be reflected on your statements.

Reservations for Walt Disney World, including Dining Reservations, Room Reservations, and Vacation Packages can be modified or canceled on your My Disney Experience account. Please note that cancelation fees might be possible depending on what/when you cancel. To avoid any fees, cancel "Room Only" reservations at least 5 days prior to arrival, Dining Reservations at least 24 hours before the reservation time, and 30 days if canceling a Vacation Package. If you have questions regarding canceling your plans, see your original reservation for details or call a friendly Cast Member.

I hope your plans work out and you do not have to cancel! Mickey and his pals are looking forward to seeing you!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
