    We had to cancel our trip to Orlando due to the Covid-19 crisis and deaths in FL, so we cannot use them tomorrow. Can they be refunded, exchanged for Disneyland entrance or donated to Make-A-Wish Foundation? Thank you.

    Hi there, Spencer! Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney and bringing us your question! During these unprecedented times, you are not alone in having had to cancel a vacation. I believe we have had to cancel three in our family alone! Luckily, Disney vacations are among the easiest to modify and cancel. Although they are non-refundable, you have a few options at your disposal! The amount paid for an unused, expired ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket at the current price so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Our understanding is that you can only apply it toward a Theme Park Ticket of the original type. However, alternatives may exist on a case-by-case basis, so be sure to ask the Ticket department when you contact them via telephone. They will be able to help you with your new Ticket purchase as well!
