    I had to cancel my trip last year due to Covid and cannot find my email confirmation for my tickets

    Thank you kindly for stopping by with your excellent question regarding locating your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets - I sense a Fall visit on the horizon, that you will enjoy in conjunction with all the festivities for the 50th Anniversary Celebration!

    Marie, to locate your theme park ticket confirmation, please check the Downloads on your computer, because sometimes, along with an email confirmation there may have been an option to Download the tickets. If you still cannot find your tickets either in your Downloads, in your Spam Folder, or even in your My Disney Experience account, then I was advised when I contacted our support services for your specific situation, that you should then contact Existing Tickets available from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM daily. Rest assured, these dedicated Cast Members have exceptional skills, and I have had the most success with my own matters.

    In the meantime, may I offer you Walt Disney World Resort’s current special offers, deals and discounts that will hopefully be of interest to you? And, as soon as you resolve your ticket situation, please feel free to make your Disney Park Pass reservations using your valid theme park admission, this way, you reserve the parks you wish to visit in the order you prefer, Marie.
