Hi Christina,
Welcome to planDisney!
Let me first say how sorry I am that you had a medical emergency and had to cancel an earlier trip! Since you are planning another visit, I will take that as a good sign that you feel better! Unfortunately, I cannot access your confirmation number. My advice would be to search for the email that you should have received when you purchased the tickets. If you cannot find an email confirmation,
contact a Cast Member by phone and they may be able to assist. If by chance you had already linked those theme park tickets, log into your
My Disney Experience account, click on My Plans, scroll to search through your plans and you should see a tab on the left-hand side of the screen that says Tickets & Memory Maker. Check to see if your tickets are linked in your account.
I trust that you have heard of the
Disney Park Pass system. Each guest in your party will need park pass reservations for each day that you plan to visit the theme parks. Check the
theme park reservation availability calendar to make sure that there are park pass reservations open for the dates of your trip. Once you get those tickets linked, make your park pass reservations as soon as possible because park pass availability could change at any moment!
Christina, it sounds like you are making plans to visit soon. Before you come, be sure to check the
operational updates, including the
dining and
theme park experience updates so that you are prepared for the visit. My final and favorite tip - find some
matching gear for your group if you are traveling with others. My family's packing got so much easier when we started packing matching t-shirts for each day!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
