Hi there, Cody! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
I'm so sorry to hear that your plans were derailed by illness! Luckily, there is some flexibility in visiting The Happiest Place on Earth and I'm glad you were able to find a good time to reschedule your magical vacation! Let me see if I can help you through the ticket difficulty!
Cody, you're certainly on the right track. If the
Theme Park Reservation Calendar shows availability on the days you'd like to visit, you should be able to hop right over to the
Disneyland Resort Website to purchase your tickets and get down to business when it comes to planning. There may have simply been technical glitches at the time of your visit to the website. I'm sure you've already tried refreshing the page and trying again, but if not, that's a good place to start.
Ok, now assuming you've done all that, let's try to further troubleshoot. Clearing the cache on your browser often helps some of these little internet difficulties work themselves out. I'm no Wall-E, so I can't tell you how or why, but if it works, it's an easy fix and helps you get back to the magic sooner! If you're still unable to purchase your tickets, you do have the option of calling a Cast Member at the
Ticket Services Line. They are friendly, knowledgable, and easy to work with, so it should make the purchasing process a breeze! While it isn't quite as easy and convenient as booking the tickets online, it will be a fairly quick process and won't take up much of your time. After all, adventure awaits!
Cody, if you haven't been to the Disneyland Resort in a while, be sure to put
Avengers Campus at the top of your agenda! Spend the day mixing and mingling with your favorite superheroes, taking a ride on
Guardians of the Galaxy- Mission: BREAKOUT! and eating an otherworldly meal at
Pym's Test Kitchen!
Your friendly neighborhood planDisney panelist,
Ashley
