Howdy Emma!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for sharing your question with us!
Looking forward to your next visit to the
Disneyland Resort is always exciting! I am so sorry that you are dealing with health issues at this time. I do have some excellent news for you! Even though your Disneyland theme park tickets are non-refundable, as long as your theme park ticket is wholly unused, then you can start planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort at a later date. You can use your wholly unused theme park ticket towards purchasing a new theme park ticket for a later vacation!
To stay informed of all the safety measures as they continue to change, check the “
Returning to a Land of Magic” website! This website is the best way to stay informed of all the current safety measures that the Disneyland Resort has set in place! I would also recommend checking the
Disney Parks Blog to learn about all the things scheduled to re-open, new attractions, new dining experiences, the details of the
Disney Genie Pass, and so much more! I was super excited to see the announcement on the Disney Parks Blog a couple of weeks ago about the
Carnation Café re-opening tomorrow! I recommend checking this website regularly to determine the best time to visit “The Happiest Place on Earth” in the future!
As you continue to plan your next visit to Neverland, if you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney! We look forward to helping you plan your next visit to the Disneyland Resort, Emma!
See Ya Real Soon,
Tamela
