    if I have to cancel my trip and I have Boo Bash tickets, are they refundable?

    Hi Lisa! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by to see us! I am sorry to hear that you’ll need to cancel your next Walt Disney World vacation, including your Disney After Hours Boo Bash Tickets. However, you are certainly not alone, and Walt Disney World vacations are among the easiest vacations to cancel that I’ve ever encountered! To cancel a vacation package, call Disney Reservations over the phone. Most of the time, reservations can be canceled without penalty if done so at least 30 days before your arrival. 
     
    While the Walt Disney World website stipulates that the Disney After Hours Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, I would certainly recommend that you contact Disney Events by phone to discuss your individual circumstances. I know that the Cast Members are always standing by, ready to help in any way they can.
