    How do I cancel my trip?

    Welcome to planDisney Jennifer!

    I am sorry you have to cancel your Walt Disney World vacation, but I totally understand that plans change! To cancel, simply go to your My Disney Experience account. Under My Plans you should see your reservation. Under your resort information, you will see your confirmation number, and next to it Cancel Reservation in blue. Click on that and cancel from there. 

    If you prefer, you can call a friendly Cast Member who can assist you. Remember to cancel any Dining Reservations you made as these are not automatically canceled when you alter a resort reservation.
