Marissa, I completely understand that sometimes life just seems to conspire against us, meaning that we have to rearrange, or even cancel well-made plans like vacations to the magic and wonder of Walt Disney World Resort.
I'm able to share that
depending on the type of Disney reservation you presently hold, you'll either be able to cancel the reservation online, or will need to speak in person with a helpful Cast Member within the Disney Reservation Center.To begin the process of cancelling a Disney reservation -
- Sign in to your
My Disney Experience account.
- Head to
My Reservations, where if your reservation may indeed be cancelled online, you will see the reservation listed, plus a link to
Cancel Reservation.
- Continue to follow the on-screen prompts to proceed with the cancellation.
However, if your reservation can only be cancelled over the phone, you’ll see a message inviting you to speak with a
Cast Member by dialling the telephone number contained within this link.Marissa, please do bear in mind that a fee may apply for any cancellations made.
