    How to cancel trip

Hello Allessia, and welcome to planDisney.

It's always so very unmagical to have to face the possibility of cancelling a practically perfect in every way trip to Walt Disney World Resort.  But, I certainly understand that sometimes these things are simply unavoidable, and should be done with a spoon full of sugar to help the medicine go down.

Allessia, I'm able to share that depending on what type of Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation they have, Guests are indeed able to cancel their reservation either online, or by speaking in person with a helpful Cast Member by dialling the telephone number contained within this handy link.

To cancel a Disney reservation online you'll need to begin by firstly signing in to your My Disney Experience account, then head to My Reservations where you should be able to view the reservation you wish to cancel.  Go ahead and select the Cancel Reservation option, and then continue to follow the online prompts to fully cancel.

However, please do bear in mind that any cancellations may perhaps incur a cancellation fee.

Allessia, I hope that I've been able to provide you with some pixie-dusted guidance today.  If you should have any further questions for me, then please do pop back any time to planDisney.  I'm always happy to help wherever I am able.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
