How do a cancel 2 tickets on my reservation? We have a party of 9 and 2 of them cannot make it.

    Hey Ted!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you very much for bringing your question our way!

I’m sorry to hear that two members of your party are no longer able to visit the Disneyland Resort with you as previously planned. But don't worry, you are still able to cancel two of the reservations associated with your group without canceling the entire party. Let me walk you through the steps, please log in to your Disneyland Account select "My Disneyland" then click "Ticket and Reservation Details" and select "Cancel Reservation" next to the date you wish to cancel. While it may appear as if you are canceling the reservations for everyone in your party, in the next step you will be given the opportunity to select the specific person you are canceling the reservation for. You will then be able to book a new Theme Park Reservation for a later date. The new reservation can be made immediately if they have a new date in mind, or at a later time if you're still unsure about their new plans. Reservations are limited and subject to availability. So, I recommend checking the Availability Calendar to make sure a Theme Park Reservation is available for their ticket type on their new desired date.

I hope this helps! Please head back to planDisney if you have any more questions!
