Welcome to planDisney, Ashley!
I am so sorry to hear that your travel plans may be changing. I know a lot of dreaming and excitement can go into planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. I am hoping you have the chance to reschedule a visit real soon. Let's go over the options available for your theme park tickets if you are unable to make the trip this month.
I am sad to report that Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable. But that doesn't mean that you can't try to use those tickets for a magical redo adventure on another day! You may be able to
modify the dates on unused park tickets to another date that works better for you and your travel party. To modify theme park tickets, you'll want to start by
heading over to your My Disney Experience account. Choose the Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker tab, and scroll down to your tickets. If your tickets are eligible for a date change, you will see a blue Change Ticket link. Follow the remaining prompts to select your new dates! If you have not linked your tickets to My Disney Experience yet, you might need to
call the Tickets and Hotel line to make changes. You can also create an account and
link your tickets in a few easy steps.
Unused theme park tickets can also
be reassigned to another Guest, should using them on another date not be an option. You can send theme park tickets to
anyone on your Family & Friends List in your My Disney Experience account. This would be a magical gift they would never forget!
I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that you can reschedule your adventure real soon!
