I am happy to share that you may use your existing
theme park tickets for a future visit! Do you already have dates for your Disney adventure? If so, you are welcome to modify valid unused tickets online or via the My Disney Experience mobile app.
Sign in to your Disney account and visit
My Tickets & Memory Maker. Find the ticket you wish to modify and select
Change Ticket. If you prefer to use the
My Disney Experience app, open the app on your mobile device and tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen. Select
Ticket and Passes, locate your ticket and tap
Change Ticket.
If your tickets have already expired, you will not be able to view them in your Disney account, but do not worry! Contact your travel professional or call the Disney Reservation Center at +1 (407) 934-7639, and Cast Members will be happy to assist you! Please note that all modifications are subject to availability and extra charges may apply.
planDisney tip: Before changing your ticket dates, be sure to check
Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan accordingly, and make
Disney Park Pass reservations after selecting new visit dates.
