Hi Perpetua! Welcome to planDisney.
Gawrsh! I am so sorry to read about your unfortunate event. I am sending Pixie Dust wishes for quick healing and a scheduled return to
Walt Disney World Resort. You have until the end of March to catch
The World's Most Magical Celebration.
Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Tickets are both nonrefundable and nontransferable. However, in most cases, you may use the value of any unused expired theme park ticket towards the purchase of a new
Theme Park Ticket. And I have more good news, you can now modify unused expired theme park tickets online or through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Personally, I like to use the app. Open the app, and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes," locate your ticket, and tap "Change Ticket." Follow the prompts to select a new date to visit and submit any payment if your new date incurs a higher cost. Friendly reminder to make a new
Theme Park Reservation. Check out the
availability calendar right here.
Many thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation question. We are passionate Disney fans helping our fellow guests with tips, tricks, and advice for your Disney vacations.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
