Hi there, Mark. Thanks for taking the time to stop by planDisney with your question for us.
Now that the Disneyland Resort theme parks’ reopening is well underway, lots of Guests are excited to return to a land of Magic. From the newly opened Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park, to the newly reimagined Snow White’s Enchanted Wish in Disneyland Park, there is something for everyone to enjoy! I’m sorry to hear you’ll have to cancel your theme park reservations due to illness. I’ve outlined some steps to walk you through the process.
You can cancel your theme park reservation on the Disneyland mobile app or on
Disneyland.com, by signing into your Disney account. For
Disneyland mobile app:
1)
On the home page of the app, you’ll see “Park Reservations” with the date and theme park listed.
2)
Click on “Manage or Make Reservations>”
3)
Under “My Theme Park Reservations”, click on “Cancel Reservation”.
4)
Select “Who Needs to Cancel?” and follow the prompts to make the necessary cancellations.
For the desktop version, when you log into your Disney account:
1)
Locate “My Disneyland”. Hover your cursor over it and you will see “Ticket and Reservation Details”.
2)
Scroll down and click “View My Park Reservations >”
3)
Click on “Cancel Reservation” and follow the prompts to select the reservation(s) you would like to cancel.
Since the theme parks continue to require advance reservations, if you need to reschedule your visits, I highly recommend making your
new park reservation as soon as possible so that the date and park of your choosing do not run out! Please keep in mind that Disneyland Resort does not offer refunds for your theme park tickets.
If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us again on

Have a magical day,
Kiki
