    how to cancel my ticket reservations

    Harold, you can cancel your Disney Park Pass theme park reservations via desktop or the My Disney Experience mobile app.

    To cancel your Disney Park Pass theme park reservations via desktop, please log in to your My Disney Experience account. Then, visit the "My Plans" section of your account. Please scroll down to the Disney Park Pass theme park you wish to cancel, click on it, and then choose “cancel reservation”.

    Alternatively, you can use the My Disney Experience mobile app. Please open the app and scroll down to the section titled “Disney Park Pass”. Then, please tap on the blue hyperlink that says “My Plans”. Choose the Disney Park Pass you wish to cancel, scroll down, and click the cancel button. It’s that simple, Harold!
