Hi there, Jim. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for dropping by with your question for us.
Hakuna Matata! I’m happy to report that if your travel plans change, you can certainly cancel your theme park reservation. Rest assured that even if you cancel your theme park reservation, your
ticket remains valid until its expiration date. At this time, if you purchased a one-day ticket, it is valid through December 30, 2023; for a multi-day ticket, it will expire within 13 days of first use, or by January 12, 2024, whichever occurs first.
When you’re ready to re-book, Jim, you can conveniently do so on your
Disneyland mobile app or on
Disneyland.com by logging into your Disney account. Please be sure to check out the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar when making your new reservation. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a new QR code.
Don’t forget to check out
Disney Parks Blog for the latest park news. If you have more trip-planning questions for us, feel free to
write us again. We’re all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
