Hello there, Jean. We appreciate you dropping by planDisney with your ticket question.
It looks like you have reservations to visit Disneyland Resort soon. If you need to cancel your reservations for any reason, you can easily do so through the
Disneyland website or the
Disneyland app. Tickets are non-refundable according to the
eTicket Terms and Conditions. If you cancel your reservation, you will still have a valid ticket until it expires. You can make a new reservation for that ticket as long as the day you are hoping to reschedule is a day for that tier of ticket you purchased or lower. Once your ticket is linked in the Disneyland app, you can easily see when your ticket expires and will also be able to see what days are available to reserve for that ticket in the "Ticket and Passes" screen.
We have a week left of Lunar New Year festivities over in Disney California Adventure Park and then we all impatiently wait for Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival to start in March. This would be a great option to reschedule your ticket. If Disneyland Park is where you are wanting to visit, you are in luck for lots of fun with new nighttime spectaculars for the Disney100 Celebration and the newest attraction,
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway.
Jean, I hope you are able to find the best time to enjoy the magic of Disneyland Resort. Please come back and see us again if you have more questions for us!
Carrie
