Hey-Howdy-Hey, Maria, and welcome to planDisney! You've got a friend in me, and I'm happy to help with your ticketing issue today.
I'm so sorry to hear that you need to cancel your
Walt Disney World Resort tickets. I'm not sure what type of
tickets you have, Maria, but I'll share the details that apply to a couple of different situations for tickets and vacation packages. Hopefully, I'll cover the information you're looking for!
If you purchased a standard date-based theme park ticket, these are nonrefundable and nontransferable. However, if the ticket is unused, you can call the always-helpful Cast Members at
Existing Tickets to see about applying the purchase price of your tickets toward admission for future dates.
If your tickets are part of a
Walt Disney World Vacation Package, there will be cancellation fees applied if you cancel the package since you are less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival on February 3. Refer to the
Terms and Conditions page for the most accurate information.
Maria, I hope this is the answer you were looking for. If I misunderstood your question, please feel free to
reach out again to me directly so I can track down the most helpful information for you! I hope that you're able to plan a magical Walt Disney World vacation in the not-too-distant future--our planDisney squad is here anytime to help.
To Infinity and Beyond!
Susan
