how can i cancel my ticket

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Prajwal!

The magic has returned to Walt Disney World, but for some, plans may have changed since they purchased their theme park ticket. It happens!

Take a look at this Ticket - Frequently Asked Question where you'll see that tickets "at Walt Disney World Resort are nontransferable and nonrefundable [...] but in some cases you can use unexpired theme park tickets for a future vacation." Currently, this means that you will be able to apply the purchase price of your theme park ticket to the purchase of a new Walt Disney World theme park ticket in the future. As long as you don't use your current ticket, the full value of that purchase price remains intact. If you need additional information about how to do that, Prajwal, call the number that's listed online for ticket help: (407) 939-1289. Cast Members will be happy to assist you!

As you think of additional questions related to all things Disney Parks, be sure to send them our way. We love to help!
