    Can I cancel my tickects

I am so sorry that you are thinking about canceling your Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets! While we completely understand when schedules must change, we do hope that you will be planning your NEXT Walt Disney World vacation VERY SOON! And, don't you worry! We will be here for you when you are ready!

    I want to let you know that refunds are not available for Disney Theme Park Tickets; HOWEVER, I have some super-duper MAGICAL news for you! Even though your tickets will expire, the VALUE on those tickets will NOT expire! WOOOOO HOOOO! When you are ready to book your next Walt Disney World vacation, just call 407-W-DISNEY and speak to a Cast Member. While you will not be able to see your expired tickets in your My Disney Experience account, the Cast Member in Ticket Services will be able to find them to help book new dates for your next Walt Disney World vacation! Don't you just LOVE happy endings?!
