Greetings, Binmatie!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney! As a fellow international Guest, it is a pleasure to assist you with your Disney vacation planning questions!
I am sorry to hear you will have to cancel your visit to the theme parks. Sometimes life does not go as planned, and international travel at this time can be somewhat complicated. The good news is that the Walt Disney World Resort will always be there waiting for you to return to the magic!
Although
theme park tickets are non-refundable, you are welcome to modify ticket dates for a future visit. To change your ticket,
sign in to your Disney account, visit
Tickets & Memory Maker, find your ticket, and select
Change Ticket. You can also modify tickets via the
My Disney Experience app. While using the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select
Tickets and Passes, and find the ticket you wish to change. Please note that all modifications are subject to availability and extra charges may apply.
planDisney tip: If your tickets end up expiring, do not worry! You will still be able to apply the amount paid for your original ticket toward new theme park admission for a future visit. In this case, you will have to call the Disney Reservation Center at +1 (407) 934-7639 for assistance. Also, if you bought your tickets with a travel professional in your country, I recommend contacting them for help.
I hope this helps you while planning, Binmatie! Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, we are delighted to help!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
