    can i cancel my stateroom

Hi there, Stephanie! Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for cruising our way with your question. I'd be happy to assist you.

I'm sorry to hear that your plans are changing and that you are looking to cancel your stateroom. I understand that situations change and that vacations need to be rearranged! In order to cancel a cruise reservation, you will need to contact Disney Cruise Line directly to speak with a Guest Services Agent. They will be able to look up your reservation information and clarify the cancellation policy that applies to your booking. I recommend that you call early in the day for the lowest wait times when connecting with an agent over the phone.

I hope that you will find a time in the future to sail again with Captains Mickey and Minnie! Whether you choose to visit Disney's own private island of Castaway Cay or enjoy a themed sailing like Halloween on the High Seas or a Very Merrytime voyage, there is always something to look forward to with the Disney Cruise Line. Please visit us again at planDisney if we can be of any further assistance. And consider giving our planDisney podcast a listen. My fellow panelists and I get the opportunity to share tips, tricks, and insights into visiting Walt Disney World, Disneyland, or sailing with the Disney Cruise Line.

Have a day full of magic,

    Adrianna
