I know it's different from the news you wanted to hear, but according to the
Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass Terms and Conditions, all passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. This means you can't cancel them, even if you've never used them. However, if there's anything stopping you from using your Annual Pass right now, you can hold off on activating it until the expiration date, which you can find at the bottom of your account page or confirmation email.
Once you use your Annual Pass for the first time, it's automatically activated, and you'll have 365 days
to enjoy all the perks, including exclusive merchandise, sweet treats, seasonal offerings, and discounts across the Resort on dining, merchandise, events, and even Resort stays.
