Regarding your refund, if you
canceled a room-only reservation, you’re typically eligible for a full refund of your deposit as long as the cancellation was made at least five days before your arrival. That refund is usually processed automatically and should appear in your account within seven to ten business days from the cancellation date. However, it can sometimes take a little longer depending on your financial institution.
If it's been more than two weeks since you canceled and you haven’t seen the funds returned, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member at the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line. They’ll be happy to take a look and help get everything squared away.
