    how do I cancel reserveation

    Hi Bessie!
    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your question!
    I am so sorry to learn that you need to cancel one of your Walt Disney World Resort reservations. I am not sure if you want to cancel a Disney Resort hotel reservation or a dining reservation, so I will explain how to do both.
    In order to cancel a Walt Disney World Resort hotel room reservation, please do the following:
    1. Log into your My Disney Experience Account.
    2. Click on “My Reservations.”
    3. If your reservation is eligible for online cancellation you will see a “Cancel My Reservation” link. Click that link and follow the directions.
    4. If there is no “Cancel My Reservation” link, or your reservation can only be cancelled by phone, please call (407) 934-7639.
    In order to cancel a Walt Disney World Resort dining reservation, please do the following:
    1. Log into your My Disney Experience Account, visit the "My Reservations" section, and cancel your dining reservation online.
    OR
    2. Call (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 to cancel your reservation.
