Hi there, Maria!
Well, first of all, I hope you can make it to the Disneyland Resort without having to delay too much. But if you do end up needing to reschedule your visit, you can do so from the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page. You can open up that page from the
Disneyland mobile app by opening the ☰ feature menu, tapping open the “Future Plans” screen, and then tapping on one of your future reservations.
To reschedule a Disneyland Resort
theme park reservation, click the “Cancel Reservation” link from the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page and verify the ticket or tickets you wish to remove from that reservation. Your tickets will remain linked to your account. Then return to the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page and use the “Book Theme Reservation” button. Then, follow the on-screen prompts to select the ticket or tickets for the new reservation, select an available date when your tickets are valid, and then choose the theme park you wish to visit on that date.
Tony’s Tip: If you have a standard, multi-day
theme park ticket, you will need to make sure all of the park days are within 13 days of the first day of use. In that case, you may need to first cancel all of the reservations currently reserved if the new dates you wish to book are outside that period of validity. If you have a promotional ticket such as the
Southern California resident weekday ticket currently offered, you may have more flexibility in the spread of dates you choose to reserve.
I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Maria. With the upcoming
Disney100 Celebration, I’m sure it will be!
