Can I cancel my reservation for the theme park tickets

    Hi Jo-Annie!

Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your wondEARful question about Disney Park Pass theme park reservations. I am thrilled to help you!

Jo-Annie, yes, you can cancel your Disney Park Pass theme park reservations. In fact, because theme park reservations are limited and subject to availability, canceling them may allow another Guest to enter the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. I always cancel my theme park reservations when I don’t plan on using them any longer.

You can cancel your theme park reservations online via your My Disney Experience account or on the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Please visit the “My Plans” section of your My Disney Experience account by clicking here. Then, scroll down to the Disney Park Pass theme park reservation you wish you cancel. Click on “View Details” and choose “Cancel This Reservation” on the next page.

If you have any additional questions, please visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR to help you!
