    I had to cancel my reservation, some was paid in Disney gift cards and some with debit. I've received the debit refunds, but not the gift cards refunds. How long does it usually take for Disney to refund the money on the gift cards? How do they refund it?

    Hi Joshua! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I’m so sorry to hear that you had to cancel your vacation. While I am not 100% sure on the exact timeline that you could expect for a full refund, I would like to give you some advice.  Since you have the portion of the refund that you paid with on your debit account, I would suspect that your gift card refund should have already come or it may be on its way. If it were me and for my own piece of mind, I would not hesitate to contact the Walt Disney World Resort and ask what the typical timeline is for gift card refunds  and ask to see if they can track where your refund is. I have found that the cast members have been very helpful when I have had to cancel a planned vacation and they have always seemed eager to help.
