    Cancel my reservation online

    Howdy, Nadia! 

    Welcome to planDisney! 

    I had to cancel a vacation I had booked last year (twice) so it’s safe to say that this isn’t my first rodeo. It really isn’t fun to cancel a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth, but sometimes it must be done! 

    You’ll either be able to cancel online by yourself, or you will need to call the Disney Reservation Center for help with the cancelation. But here are the steps to try canceling online: First, sign in to your Disney account and go to the “My Plans” page under the “My Disney Experience” tab on the righthand side of your screen. Then scroll until you see your Walt Disney World Resort reservation. You should see a “Cancel Reservation” option under the “Show Details” tab. Follow the “Cancel Reservation” prompts to finish your cancelation.

    If you do not see the “Cancel Reservation” option on your account, you will need to call a Cast Member at (407) 934-7639. They will be able to help you from there.
