    I had to cancel my reservation but I have not received my refund and it has been over 20 days. How long does it normally take to get a refund?

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question our way! 

    If you’re referring to a refund for a hotel reservation or hotel package, please call Hotel Reservations at (714) 956-MICKEY (714-756-6425) or Vacation Packages at (714) 520-5060. A Cast Member in either department should be able to assist you further. 

    If you’re referring to tickets purchased, canceling your Theme Park Reservation does not trigger a refund. That’s because theme park tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of their expiration date. So, you are able to book a new Theme Park Reservation for a later date. Reservations are limited and subject to availability. I recommend checking the Availability Calendar to make sure a Theme Park Reservation is available on the new desired day. If you would like to discuss alternative options, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
