Hi Lisa,
Thanks for stopping in to see us at planDisney!
What I love about vacationing at the
Walt Disney World Resort is that the magic is always there for you in the moment, even if those moments are at a different time from when you originally planned.
If you made a theme park reservation using the
Disney Park Pass system, you can easily cancel that reservation in the
"My Plans" area of your My Disney Experience account. You'll see your "Daily Itinerary" tab with all your theme park reservations displayed. You can click on the "View Details" button to see the Disney Park Pass theme park reservation details. You'll also see a "Cancel This Reservation" option.
You can also cancel your theme park reservations using the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Simply tap the main menu icon (the three stacked lines in the lower right of the app's home screen), and then tap the "My Plans" tile. You'll see all your Disney Park Pass reservations displayed by their dates. You can tap on a Disney Park Pass to see the details and to see the "Cancel" option.
One note to keep in mind about theme park tickets is that the
tickets are nonrefundable, so there isn't a way to "cancel" your theme park tickets. Your theme park tickets will remain valid through their expiration date for you to use at a later date.
I hope this helps answer your question about your theme park tickets. If you have additional questions, you can contact the Walt Disney World Ticketing team at (407)-566-4985.
Lisa, when it does come time for you to plan your Walt Disney World Resort theme park fun, please do come back to planDisney to ask for suggestions and ideas on how to add more magic to your stay.
Until then, here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
