Hey there, Tyler, and welcome to planDisney! Do you think Bruno is messing with Dolores? Oh wait, I forgot that we still don’t talk about Bruno! But while the Central Florida skies may not always be blue, they can still feel that way inside of the Walt Disney World bubble!
If you’re staying in a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel as part of your visit, turn that stormy day into a resort adventure day! Disney does a good job of making sure there’s plenty to see and do, even on those dreary days. One of our favorite things to do is resort hop to the monorail resorts. Grab your ponchos and ride Disney transportation to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort - by way of the Ticket and Transportation Center - for a meal at
Captain Cook's or try to grab reservations for
'Ohana. There's also some pretty cool shopping available in the Polynesian resort Gift Shop. A stormy Central Florida day doesn't have to rain on your plans at all!
Tyler, your ticket’s expiration date depends on the length of the ticket purchased. For example, you get seven days to use 4-day Theme Park Ticket purchases. Your timeline begins on your selected start date, not the day you actually use your tickets. Without knowing the details of your specific ticket purchase, I recommend reviewing the
Ticket Expiration Guidelines to determine your specific timeline. Keep in mind that the amount paid for unused, expired tickets can be applied towards the purchase of future Theme Park tickets. So if you aren’t able to reschedule the lost day for your current trip, you can always use those funds for a return trip! Who doesn’t love a reason to plan another Disney Vacation?
If you plan to alter your park days, be sure to review the
Theme Park Ticket availability calendar before canceling your
Park Pass reservations. As long as a Theme Park is showing availability, you will be able to successfully move your Park Pass reservation.
I hope this helps, Tyler. If you have more questions as you plan,
come back by and ask me!
You’ve Got a Friend in Me,
