Hi there, Michelle. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question for us!
I’m sorry to hear you’re wishing to cancel your theme park reservations. Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable; however, please rest assured that you can reschedule your visit for a later date. Even if you cancel your theme park reservations, your tickets will remain valid until their expiration date!
You can cancel and make new park reservations conveniently by logging into your Disney account on your
Disneyland mobile app. On the home page of the app, you’ll see “Park Reservations” with your current visit information listed.
Click on “Manage or Make Reservations>”
Under “My Theme Park Reservations”, click on “Cancel Reservation”.
Just follow the prompts to make the necessary cancellations for your upcoming trip.
Once you’re canceled your current reservation, you can
make theme park reservations for a new date; just be sure to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if the new date is available.
If you have more trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us again on
planDisney.
See ya real soon,
Kiki
