I hope I am understanding your question correctly, but it sounds like you may have purchased a
Disneyland Resort Vacation Package which requires a deposit at the time of booking, with payment in full due 30 days prior to your arrival date. I reviewed the
terms and conditions for Vacation Package bookings and it does state that the travel ePackage (which contains admission tickets and other documentation) will not be issued until the remaining balance is paid in full. It also states that a reservation may be canceled without notice if the deposit or final payment is not received by the due date. I know that would be a real disappointment, so I hope this helps to clarify those policies for you!
Alternatively, Elizabeth, you should feel welcome to call and speak with a Cast Member in Guest Services using the dedicated
Vacation Packages line. They are really knowledgeable and may be able to look up your specific purchase with the confirmation number to see what your options are or help you rebook, cancel, or modify your plans if needed.
