    I cancel my reservation am I gettien my money?

    Hi Irma. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for taking the time to visit us with your question.

    I understand you had canceled your theme park reservation. If the initial date you wish to visit no longer works out for your schedule, you can actually book your park reservation for another date before your ticket expires. Right now, theme park reservations are open for booking up to 120 days in advance. 

    Unfortunately, canceling your theme park reservation does not equate to canceling a purchased ticket. In fact, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable. If you wish, you can contact Disneyland Resort Ticket Service at (714) 781-4636 and speak directly with a friendly Cast Member who may better assist you.
