    How do I cancel my reservation for a Disney cruise I booked for November 2022

    Ahoy, Phil! Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sailing our way with your question. I'm a fellow Disney Cruise Line guest, and it's my pleasure to assist you. 

    I'm sorry to hear that your plans have changed for this November. In order to cancel your reservation, you will need to call a Guest Services agent at Disney Cruise Line. The phone number to dial is (800) 951-3532 and phone lines are open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time on weekdays, and from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the weekend. I recommend calling as early in the day as you are able to avoid recently elevated wait times.

    I hope to see you on the high seas in the near future! Not only did Disney Cruise Line just recently release their itinerary schedule for the fall of 2023, but they just debuted a beautiful new ship, the Disney Wish! The newest ship in the fleet is stunning from bow to stern. I hope you have the chance to look through the new itineraries. You might find a cruise that will fit your plans for next year.
