IF we cancel our reservation b-4 30 days. What are the cancellation fee? Thanks

    Welcome to planDisney Loren!

I am excited to hear you are planning a Walt Disney World vacation. I understand that plans sometimes change so it is good to know the cancellation policy ahead of time.

A Vacation Package (room and tickets booked together) requires a $200 deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel before your 30-day mark, you will get your deposit back.

A "Room Only" reservation (no Theme Park Tickets attached) requires a deposit equal to one night's stay with the balance due upon arrival. With a Room Only reservation you can cancel up to 5 days prior to arrival with no penalty.

Theme Park Tickets (not with a Vacation Package) are non-refundable. However, their value can be applied to tickets at a later date.

Please note that policies are subject to change so read the "fine print" of your reservation during the booking process.

I hope this helps! If you have any questions, check back with us, at DisneyWorld.com, or call a friendly Cast Member at (407)939-1936. But I am really hoping you can book your magical vacation without having to cancel so we can See You Real Soon!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
