Hi, Liliana!
Thank you for stopping by
planDisney to ask us a question. I’m so sorry to hear that you’re not feeling well! Your health comes first, so I agree that you should wait until you’re on the mend and visit the
Disneyland Resort when you can fully enjoy it.
Don't worry, Liliana. As long as your
theme park ticket remains valid, you can cancel and book a new
theme park reservation on a future date as many times as you need to. A theme park reservation may be canceled until 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the day before the reservation. If this time frame has passed and you’re unable to make it to the theme park on the day you had planned, you’ll need to wait until midnight for the reservation to expire on its own before you can book a new reservation with that ticket.
If you are a
Magic Key holder and used your pass to book the theme park reservation, the same “day before” cancellation window applies. The difference is that Magic Key holders who are a no-show (meaning that they don’t tap into a theme park on the day of a reservation and it wasn’t canceled by 11:59 PM the night before) for three reservations in any 90-day window will be unable to make new theme park reservations or modify existing ones for 30 days. So, while there is a penalty for missing three theme park reservations, missing just one won’t have any consequences as long as you don’t miss two more within the next 90 days.
I hope this answers your question, Liliana, and that you feel better soon! Please don’t hesitate to
write back if you have any other questions.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
