Hello Christina!
Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It’s such an exciting time to be an
Annual Passholder at the Disneyland Resort.
I hope you’re enjoying your Flex Passport. Our family has the same Passport and we love the flexibility and value that it brings our family. I hope you’re enjoying all of the
benefits that come with being a Passholder. You can enjoy discounts on food, merchandise, hotel rooms, guided tours and special event tickets. You can sometimes get early access to special event ticket sales or even special events and merchandise exclusively for Passholders. One of my current favorites is the discount on the
Sip & Savor Pass for the
2020 California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. It also comes with a special AP lanyard and AP Magic magnet. Check the
benefits frequently as they are always adding and changing things.
One of the best things about the Flex Passport is the flexibility it provides. You have “Good to Go” days and “Reservation Required” days. You can cancel a “Reservation Required” day up until 11:59 pm (Pacific Standard Time) the day before the reservation and receive no penalties. You can only reserve two days at a time so if you cancel one of the two days then you are able to request a different day. It does not count for one of your two days if you cancel it. You can cancel as you need to and it won’t affect your ability to book another day. The only time you start getting penalties is if you DON'T cancel a reservation on time or no show on your reservation day.
Well Christina, I hope you found this information useful and that you really start maximizing all the awesome benefits of being a Passholder.
Remember, always believe in the magic!
